CMA data report
CMA Data Report for Bank Loan Appraisal
Build Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data from audited figures—operating statement, balance sheet, working capital / MPBF, ratios, and fund flow—with PDF export.
A CMA data report organises historical and projected financials in the formats many banks use for working-capital and term-loan appraisal. Credlook helps you prepare those tables from audited inputs you provide.
Credlook.in prepares CMA and related documentation from customer-provided details. We are not a bank, NBFC, lender, or government portal—documentation support only.
What a CMA data report typically includes
- Form I — existing and proposed bank limits
- Operating statement and balance sheet year columns
- Working capital / MPBF (Tandon Method I & II, turnover method)
- Current assets & liabilities, ratios, and fund flow
- Term loan repayment / DSCR where applicable
Documents to keep ready
Keep audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss for the audited year(s), plus proposed facility details. Estimate and projected columns can be derived after audited figures are in place.

- Confirm settings (amount unit and year columns)
- Review MPBF under Working Capital
- Preview and download a CMA PDF after payment where applicable
FAQ
Is a CMA data report the same as a project report?
No. A project report describes a new or expansion proposal. A CMA data report presents financial statements and working-capital assessment in bank CMA formats. Many files need both.
Does Credlook sanction working capital?
No. We prepare documentation from your figures. Credit decisions rest with the bank.
Where is MPBF shown?
Maximum Permissible Bank Finance is calculated under Working Capital (Form V), not in Settings.
